We have over 100 episodes of our fitness podcast (Thick Thighs Save Lives) that will leave you more knowledgable, motivated and ready to better yourself.

Oh, and we want to reward you for working hard, so we give away a ton of free workout gear:

1. We give away a free pair of leggings each day (Monday-Friday) at random for anyone who's taking part in our community.

2. Each week we release a free workout to the community. If you do the workout you can enter to win the giveaway that week.
