เป็นแอพพลิเคชั่นสำหรับร้านค้าไว้ใช้งานในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและ Call Center โดยสามารถทำการ Live ขายของ แชท โทร หรือวิดิโอคอล รวมทั้งส่งไฟล์รูปภาพ ส่งไฟล์วิดิโอหากัน และดูข้อมูล Dashboard ได้ โดยร้านค้าต้องทำการลงทะเบียนเข้าใช้งานผ่านเว็บไซต์ Ditp Virtual จากนั้นร้านค้าต้องทำการสร้าง account ผ่านเว็บไซต์ ถึงจะสามารถมี account มาใช้งานใน App Ditp Virtual ได้
