Description

Mandoobi Services is an app for users to post the service requests. The account for users are created by admin in the backend web app, so no user creation functionality is provided in this app. Once a user login, the user can create SOR (Service Order Request), can review the status of each SOR. Also if user needs to send any supporting documents for his SOR, then the user can send the documents via, Home Menu -> Manage Documents -> Add necessary documents.

Business Model: This app is used by the users to submit their Service Order Requests (SOR), review the status of their submitted SOR's and if needed, add their supporting documents to process the SOR.
