[Auto-renewable Subscriptions Statement]

1. Monthly subscription to SkyScores Pro （a month）

a) Subscription price: Subject to IAP application information, for example, a monthly subscription product is $3.99 per month.

b) Payment: After you confirm the purchase, payment will be charged to your iTunes account.

c) Continuous Payment: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Once subscribes, your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of current period.

d) Subscriptions are managed by your iTunes account and auto-renewal can be turned off by in Account Settings after purchase.

2. Annual subscription to SkyScores Pro（a year）

a) Subscription price: Subject to IAP application information, for example, an annual subscription product is $39.99 per year.
