Tacit Remote Guidance

Tacit Expert enables teams to connect in a real-time audio, video and data conversation through Broadcast Sessions. Team members can easily create persistent public or private Channels to organize users together into any common topic (example: work site, project, asset location, select group, specialized experts, etc.). Channels can be either public (anyone can join) or private (join by-invitation only). All users within the Channels can share and receive audio and video streams with other participants in the Channel. Each user in the conversation can select the participant they would like to view their camera feed or the current stream (user device camera, fixed location camera, drone camera, or robot camera).

Tacit Intelligent Search

Tacit Intelligent Search is a high precision search service that enables users to search unstructured data using natural language and AI. It returns specific answers to questions, giving users an experience that closely mimics interactions with a human expert. It is highly scalable and capable of meeting performance demands with enterprise-grade security.

This allows the user to access corporate documents and previously recorded broadcast sessions leveraging an easy to use, natural language interface.

Search queries are submitted in natural language and apply to all connected data sources, including the transcribed broadcast sessions.

Compatibility: It supports a variety of document sources such as Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Documentum, and common office-related document formats such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, HTML and plain text. In addition, it adds an additional data source... the transcribed broadcast sessions.
