Mapwize is the indoor mapping platform for smart buildings. The app allows you to instantly visualize the interior and surroundings of any building or campus. With Mapwize you can easily position yourself and get directions in just a few seconds. It’s the perfect extension to traditional outdoor maps such as "Maps" or “Google Maps”.

Indoor maps are seamlessly integrated within traditional outdoor maps. All you need to do is zoom in to enter the building. Mapwize has a unique search engine that allows you to easily locate products in a shop, pieces of art in a museum, phone charging stations in an airport, seats in a concert hall, booths in an exhibition, and much more. All of that is provided through a direction engine that computes the best direction toward your destination. It includes a dedicated mode for disabled people. In case of emergencies, you can use Mapwize to find first aid kits, AEDs, emergency exits or fire extinguishers.

While a GPS is perfect outdoors, its accuracy drastically drops indoors. That’s the reason why Mapwize was created to work with most indoor positioning technologies: iBeacon, Wi-Fi, Li-Fi, QR codes, etc. If you happen to see a Mapwize QR code in a building, scan it with the integrated reader to be positioned on the map.
