My Kidneys, My Health handbook

This app has been developed by Kidney Health Australia to both educate and support those who are diagnosed with early chronic kidney disease. Educational information about detecting kidney disease and looking after yourself with kidney disease are the key features.

It includes interactive features to assess your personal risk and health related to kidney disease.

There is also support information about the Kidney Health Australia community, direct links to those supports, direct links to multiple resources about kidney disease and personal stories by others with kidney disease.
