In PatientTouch app, patients can record their vitals such as heartbeat, blood pressure and temperature etc. and also view the complete history. Patients can maintain and view their full profile and updated contacts numbers of personal contacts and emergency contacts.

Patients can also view their appointments that are scheduled by their care manager, this allows them to have a better view of future appointments. Live chat feature is also available, patients can interact with their care manager using this chat and discus their medical queries.

Patient app also provides the contact information of care manager and physicians, this enables the patients to easily approach the physicians and care managers in the time of need.

Patients can record their actions against the medications the prescribed by care manager, it also provides precautions related to existing medications and then medications related to the disease.

With its HealthKit integration, vitals recorded from health devices like Blood Pressure monitors and Heart Rate monitors e.t.c. can now be synched into 360 Patient Touch from user's Health app.
