IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:

- The MyRemoteVet app is free for pet owners to use, but your veterinarian likely will - and should - charge you for consultations they attend with you via this app. **Please consult your veterinary office for details on their video chat consultation pricing $$.**

- Live video chat will not substitute for an in-person veterinary visit for many conditions. Please keep this in mind and defer to your veterinarian's recommendations re. whether a video consultation is appropriate for your pet.

FEATURES:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Your veterinarian must download and use the free accompanying, veterinarian-facing "RemoteVet" app in order for them to communicate with you via this service, and in order for you to schedule a video consultation with them.

- A VCPR (veterinarian-client-patient-relationship) must be in place in order for veterinarians to practice telemedicine. Your veterinarian can advise you whether you and your pet fulfill the needs for this in accordance with national laws and state practice acts.
