TECNO APP ALLOWS TCLUB SPACE MANAGEMENT

Tecno always gives creatives the right space, TClub is a workspace and a sharing hub: the settings have been updated thanks to the product know-how and innovative technologies of Tecno which has implemented new solutions to accommodate the latest safety recommendations.

The various rooms are suited to the needs of every individual and to the activities scheduled for the day: the workstations, the seats, the tables and organisational systems in fact compose a sequence of clusters with various functions, which are both flexible and responsive since they adapt to the user.

The meeting rooms for conferences, presentations or collective meetings are alternated with areas for closer encounters; the operational areas can feature the typical configuration of offices, becoming dynamic workstations which foster collaboration or creating corners for individual focus; the lounges are perfect for waiting, relaxing while sipping a cup of coffee or having a quick chat.

The spaces can be booked with a simple click using the DINA-Connecting Spaces App (available for IOS) developed by IO.T Solutions, a company which is part of the Tecno group: by scanning a QR-Code, users can gain access, book a workstation, occupy a locker, set the lighting – managing lights and curtains - to customise the setting, or organise a video conference in the meeting rooms.

Tecno has organised TClub in complete safety and thanks to its products, it has carefully configured the spaces where the digital functions offered by DINA-Connecting Spaces are capable of avoiding the formation of physical queues in the communal settings, constantly monitoring the flows and informing those present of the accessibility and wait times to access the coffee area or lounge, for instance.
