You will know in advance how much the towing service costs, when the driver arrives, you can call him or give a message right in the application and you will always be notified if unforeseen things happen.

The steps for placing an order are:

- automatic, accurate GPS location of your position. You can select another location on the map or you can type a pick-up address if you order for someone else.

- choose the unloading location of your vehicle

- choose the time and date of pickup

- choose the type of vehicle that requires towing or car assistance: car, SUV, van, equipment

- choose the payment method: cash or with the card in the application

- see the estimate calculated instantly and you can type a promotional code for an additional discount

- check "billing data" if you want the invoice on the company

- type a message for the driver

- indicates any defect in the vehicle: steering problems, accident, locked wheels, defective gearbox and others

- press "Schedule" to place the order

Once placed, you will see all the steps of the order in the application:

- looking for the driver

- confirmation of acceptance by the driver, as well as his name and company (notification)

- Chat and Call to discuss directly with the driver if needed as soon as he accepted the order and throughout it

- the moment the driver leaves towards you (notification)

- the driver's location in real time on the map with estimated time

- you have an emergency button and a cancel button in case you want to cancel the order or signal an urgent problem

- notification when the driver arrived at your location

- the driver will take pictures from all angles of the vehicle, pictures that you will have in the application even after its completion

- Extra Costs button so you can track what extra costs are added by the driver for locked wheels and other problems, if applicable

- the route to the destination

- summary of costs at the end of the race, with the option of a driver's tip, the possibility to add it to favorite or blocked drivers to never receive orders from you, comment with stars depending on the service provided

In the menu, you will find:

- my account

- payment: add the debit / credit card for card payments

- orders:

a) history (with details of locations, route, costs, driver, driver reviews)

b) scheduled in the future, with details about locations, route, estimated cost and if a driver has been found or is still being searched

- vehicle details: add details about ITP expiration, insurance, toll, as well as the number of km since the last overhaul. You will receive a notification one month and one week before it expires.

- settings: set the address of your service, or the home / service address for default addresses for car assistance

- share: send the application to other friends if you find it useful
