Our patented Direct Connect feature ensures, in real-time, that all calls go to the correct on shift provider without error. If a provider has changed shift, OCP dynamically identifies that and re-routes the call as needed, eliminating lost calls.

Health care professionals at the end of their shift, can seamlessly construct sign-out notes and hand-over them to the incoming provider in a HIPAA compliant environment and avoid any possibility of being out of compliance.
