Breast feeding: how much and how often your baby eats. Pumping schedule. Diaper changes. Also, you can keep a record of your baby's health: temperature, illnesses, vaccinations and doctor's visits. Add notes on your baby's mood and important events, such as: first words, first laugh, etc. Record changes in weight, length and head size.
