FUNC Training

Functional Training “FUNC” is a unique group training facility that can train all ages, from Beginners to Competitors to Professionals to Seniors as well as Groups with Special Needs. First in Texas and looking to expand throughout the state.

We offer low-impact training, High-intensity training, Strength building, Stretch and calming training. Class programs which include music and movements are changed every month so you won’t be board and your body won’t get stuck doing the same movements every month. Members will have a heart monitor on to help you see your progress over time. With small group training, it becomes a fun exciting supportive environment. Teams can work on team building while working on fitness, recovery, and flexibility on and off-season. Families can train together Moms, Dads, kids, grandparents, etc can all train side by side and not only get a great work out but more importantly have that family time together. When kids see their parents, siblings, guardians and mentors working out it help establish and good healthy life style for them to continue and pass on.
