Fhitting Room is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) studio delivering a total body workout that’s a step above the rest. We’ve upgraded the group workout experience with better trainers and better programming to deliver better results. Smaller class sizes allow our caring and credentialed trainers to treat everyone like a VIP.
Classes at Fhitting Room last 50 minutes and combine HIIT, cardio, and strength training to deliver the most efficient workout and the best results.
Programming varies daily, so you’ll progress with each and every class. At Fhitting Room, you will:

With our mobile app, you can view class schedules, purchase packages, sign up for classes, and reserve your preferred spot at your favorite studio.
A new week of class bookings opens every Sunday at 4:00pm. If your preferred class is full, you can join the waitlist.
