What is CMB exercise?

Unlike traditional low-frequency EMS (1~100Hz) exercises, it is an exercise method that uses low-frequency (1~100HZ) and medium-frequency (2,000Hz ~ 5,000Hz) together to ensure that the frequency signal reaches the muscles directly, eliminating more electrical pain while ensuring more release efficiency. Turtle Neck Check - Checks the direction and degree of turtle neck by taking a side image with the camera.

Body Type Analysis Check - Determines your body type by analyzing the images you take and shows you how to properly manage it.
