Function:

1. Synchronize and display the movement data on the watch.

2. Check your daily exercise data / track, sleep, calorie consumption, heart rate, etc

Battery usage:

Since onwear synchronizes watch data in the background, it may affect your battery consumption. Nevertheless, we are trying to minimize the impact on battery consumption.

Apple Health:

The app integrates the Apple Health function. You may need to agree to authorize to write or read data to Apple Health. We will pop up a window to ask for your permission when needed.
