Ingeteam NEO

Pair your phone with your NEO charger and manage the charge of your electric vehicle in a very easy way!

Through the Ingeteam NEO application, you can configure the different charger options, control the charge process in real time, schedule charges and analyze consumption data.

ACCESS CONTROL

The app allows you, among other things, to define if it should be an access control to use the device, if the charge should start automatically by proximity or if you prefer to activate the charge manually.

CHARGE STATUS

It shows in real time the charge status: instant power or current, maximum allowed power or current, energy, runtime of the charge, among others.

LOAD SCHEDULE

Through this option you can programme when the charger should start working and the maximal power of the services.

CHARGE HISTORY

Here you can check the different sessions that have been carried out during a day, a week, a month or year. The consumed energy per session or the total consumed Energy in a concrete chosen period of time will be shown in graphic or list form.

DYNAMIC POWER CONTROL

The dynamic power control works between the house and the car or between several NEO Pro chargers. By installing the accessory CURVE or CURVEx3, the current assigned to charge the electric vehicle will fluctuate depending on the energy consumption of the house, thereby avoiding to exceed the total contracted power.

This application needs permission to access the location, in order to be able to pair itself to the INGEREV® NEO charger via Bluetooth. I you want to use the charging mode "Proximity", the location has to be activated in background.
