Head Over Heels: Athlete Progress Tracker

Mobile-based athlete progress tracking system for Head Over Heels facilities and teams.

The app allows coaches to log in, select athletes, and submit progress reports using a form-based data entry system. Parents can also log in to view progress reports, and historical data, and receive notifications when updates are submitted.

1. User Roles:

• Coach: Easily log in to select athletes and submit detailed progress reports.

• Parent: Log in to view your child's progress reports and receive timely notifications.

2. Athlete Designation:

Athletes are designated based on Facility, Program, Level, and Coach, ensuring personalized tracking and reporting.

3. Data Entry System:

Coaches can log in and select an athlete to complete a comprehensive evaluation form, which includes:

• Ratings: Numeric ratings on athlete performance.

• Checkboxes: Specific criteria to track various aspects of development.

• Free-form Text: Comments and additional context to provide a complete picture of the athlete’s progress.

4. Progress Report Viewing for Parents:

Parents can access detailed progress reports and a complete history of their child’s development, ensuring they stay informed.

5. Notification System:

Stay updated with push notifications and in-app alerts whenever a new progress report is submitted or important updates are available.
