Building new habits just got more exciting. You'll have incentives like earning badges when you reach milestones and having a more interactive and visual way to track your progress.

Tracking your habit is simple. Check off the habit the day off or the day before.

You can achieve four milestones, but the catch is you cannot miss more than one day in a row. If you miss more than one day in a row, then you get set back to the previous milestone reached. It's supposed to hold you accountable, so you don't procrastinate. And you can set reminders to help you out!

Take advantage of the notes capability. Maybe jot down WHY you want to implement this habit into your life, or honestly, it can be anything you want to take note of. You have the freedom to use it however you would like.

Upon signing up, you will have access to the app for free. After a month, you have an option to subscribe for $1.99 / month, but it is OPTIONAL to continue using our services. If you subscribe, the payment will be handled through your iTunes account. You can update your subscription at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes store after purchase.
