Smart City management system

SCMS system basically consists of a number of software components, and it comes with standard and optional modules. The standard version of SCMS comprises of three essential software modules that are needed for managing any real estate property of any type and size. The standard modules of the propose system are as follow:

• Property Management Module

• Accounting Module

• Store Management Module

In addition to the standard modules, there are other software modules that are optional and can be integrated into the SCMS system. The standard version will be sufficient to managing real estate properties viz. apartment buildings, condominium complexes, or townhouses communities. On the other hand, the optional modules can add more functionalities to SCMS system and will provide property management staff with the tools they need to manage tasks that cannot be done with only standard modules. Standard and optional modules will be discussed in the following sections.
