DIT Wallet

The DIT Wallet provides world-class digital identity management services for people, and is built on globally supported open-source code (e.g. Hyperledger products) following open-standards (e.g. W3C). The app prioritizes respect for every user’s personal privacy and information security, and enables storage of personal digital credentials that utilize advanced and transparent cryptographic methods that adhere to trusted global digital identity standards.

The app includes:

• Ability to request, receive and store digital credentials (W3C Verifiable Credentials);

• Send verification proofs of any digital credentials;

• Adherence to the Principles of SSI;

• End-to-end encryption that keeps your data and communications secure, and;

• English and French localization (additional languages in future versions).

Key Highlights for the app include:

• User-Centric Design: user privacy and credential control is our design priority;

• Built on Open Standards: leverages open standards developed by communities/groups such as W3C, Hyperledger, DIF, Sovrin and ToIP;

• Premium Features: additional features will be incorporated into the DIT Wallet based on community requests;
