Important Note: This App requires items NOT included in the download. Tungsten PSIsafe mobile requires a valid PSIsafe cloud or PSIsafe user license, version 10.3 or higher to operate. Premises installations of Tungsten PSIsafe mobile must also have the PSIsafe Open API w/IIS Server and PSIsafe Server running.

Description:

Tungsten PSIsafe mobile is a multi-platform app for working with documents filed in a PSIsafe cloud or PSIsafe document management system. PSIsafe mobile enables PSIsafe cloud or PSIsafe users to work on the go using their existing user login and access rights. Tungsten PSIsafe mobile is so easy to use, you can go to work without special training.

Features:

- Simply tap through PSIsafe’s powerful filing structure of Repository, Cabinet, Folder, and Tab to quickly navigate to any document.

- Simultaneously or individually perform searches on Folder index, Document title, and text.

- View folder information, indexes, notes, and traces.

- View document information/metadata.

- Perform quick search/filter at the cabinet, folder, or document levels.

- Sort folders by selected folder indexes and list in ascending or descending order.

- Sort documents within a folder by documents by title in ascending or descending order.

- View document list by individual filing tab or all tabs.

PSIsafe provides a centralized repository where all documents are accessed and managed, eliminating the inefficiencies of having documents scattered across physical file cabinets, shared drives and local hard drives. PSIsafe is available both as licensed software installed on your server space, or hosted in PSIGEN’s secure, private cloud. Requirements:

Tungsten PSIsafe mobile app requires a PSIsafe cloud or PSIsafe version 10.3 or higher user license to operate. PSIsafe mobile app also requires a Wi-Fi or Cellular data connection to the PSIsafe repository to send and retrieve information. Web Service server components are included with PSIsafe cloud. PSIsafe Open API w/IIS Server and PSIsafe Server must be installed for premises installed PSIsafe configurations.
