Hi! I’m Remy Kam, the founder and creator of KORE by Remy, a digital fitness space inspired by community and movement, built for the wellness athlete.

Our hybrid approach to fitness uses kore movement to promote strength, performance, and inspire confidence. In class you’ll experience a combination of Strength, Low-impact, HIIT, and Pilates inspired movement for any mood, anytime, anywhere.
