Laundry is an important part of daily chores that requires necessary attention. To get clean and ironed clothes is what that one desires for every day. However, the professional commitments and fast-paced life leave very narrow space for living up to laundry needs.

These apps are quite easy to operate (just like your cab booking and food ordering app) whereby you get quick and easy solutions at an effective price.

The application users can be divided into two categories depending on the roles they play :

Customer - Whenever the customer has requirement, he logs into the Wonga Laundry Application app. He can browse through the Driver profiles available in his vicinity. He can choose a particular Driver by viewing his customer ratings and also choose his cleaning preferences. Next he schedules a pickup with the chosen Driver. He can also choose his preferable time for delivery of the clothes.

Driver - A professional Wonga Laundry Application valet will be dispatched by the Driver, to collect clothes from the customer. He will come with custom laundry and garment bags to collect the customer’s clothes - so that they are protected in style. After the cleaning/dry cleaning job is done, the valet delivers the clothes to the customer at his home at his preferable time. At the end of service, both customers and Drivers can rate one another for future reference.

Dry Cleaners - A Dry cleaners are the service provider which are associated with the laundry admin. The Admin will decide to allocate the dry-cleaner from panel to the driver.
