The first restaurant of Al-Tazaj restaurants chain was opened in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1990 AD, then we Al-Hijawi Company for Tourist Restaurants, agents of Al-Tazaj restaurants with its ancient branches in Jordan, which was established in 2003 and now has 7 branches distributed in Amman, Aqaba and Zarqa. The feasibility study and planning for that restaurant has been carried out on a unique basis that mainly depends on the young chicken (not more than three weeks old) that is prepared in accordance with Islamic Sharia and on the basis of a high degree of hygiene and following all public health rules in processing as well as the preparation of raw seasonings. It gives the "fresh" chicken its distinctive taste and flavor.

Facts about our meals

* Our chickens are fed with the finest natural food from corn grains, away from hormones and animal feed, and under the supervision of a specialized team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has the effect of making our chickens keep all the proteins that the body needs.

* Also, our meals are characterized by lower levels of fats than others, which has a positive effect on reducing blood cholesterol levels, and therefore nutrition experts recommend it.

* And because the taste is one of our priorities, we prepared our meals with Arabic mixes of fresh vegetables and Arabic spices without any artificial flavors or additives. Al-Tazaj meals are fresh and healthy.
