Communicate Outside the App

- Your name and phone number is only shared between the Request creator and helper, at the time of accepting

- Do not share any sensitive information

- To coordinate pickup and dropoff, call or text through the phone

Payment Outside the App

- If any goods are purchased, the Helper should present a receipt

- Helpers should not charge any fees outside the cost of the purchased items

- This app does not apply any fees or charges

- Payment for purchased goods must be coordinated outside the app
