SpringTime is the first app of FlexiForce Group, worldwide specialist in components for sectional overhead doors. SpringTime provides on-site (at the door) support for garage door mechanics and industrial door service teams. Identification/recognition of broken torsion springs on a door is a real challenge for any qualified engineer that needs to replace the springs. SpringTime leads the user via 6 simple steps to the identification of the torsion spring. Ordering the spring or contacting FlexiForce support teams is included. The app is complete with “After sales Tips & Tricks” on subjects like door maintenance, maintenance contracts, up-selling products, tools and more. SpringTime will be regularly updated with new features and news items. As such it will develop into the FlexiForce support channel for after sales service teams, “on-site”.
