Plandr+ is the first app of IDD-Parts BV, specialist in components for the service, maintenance and after-sales of sectional overhead doors and docking systems. Plandr+ provides on-site (at the door) support for industrial door and docking service teams. The app is complete with “After sales Tips & Tricks” on subjects like door maintenance, maintenance contracts, up-selling products, tools and more. Plandr+ will be regularly updated with new features and news items. As such it will develop into the IDD-Parts support channel for after sales service teams, “on-site”.
