Lindseal Real Estate was formed in 2008.It is equipped to provide a comprehensive range of
specialist services to both prospective buyers and sellers. Lindseal Real Estate is committed to

Our Residential Rentals Division caters for both short term and long term rentals, servicing a
wide range of markets to corporate relocation needs. Available rentals are marketed
extensively through company office network property24 and the media. Lessors are provided
with an efficient administration service according to their requirements.

SALES
We maintain a database of prospective buyers and a portfolio of exclusive mandated
properties for sale which are constantly cross-referenced to ensure maximum efficiencies in
satisfying the property needs of both groups of clients.

TRANSACTION PROCESS MANAGEMENT
We will ensure that the process is managed and monitored, working with all parties to ensure
a smooth business transition.

BUYER MANDATES
We will work with buyers to secure a particular property or search for Properties.

DEAL NEGOTIATION
We will work with the negotiating parties to facilitate a property sale deal.
