Sanction financially, and by legal provision, to the obligated subjects who break the law of the matter.

To solve the controversies that arise between the people and the obliged subjects in the matter of public information and protection of personal data.

The obliged subjects of the State of Nuevo León have the obligation to meet your requests for access to information and ARCO rights, upon the entry into force of the Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State of Nuevo León, as well as , of the General Law of Protection of Personal Data in possession of Obliged Subjects.
