Even if you have insured your trade with us, you can report damage to us quickly and easily via the app.

The Generali service app offers you the following functions:

Your claim:
• reach us by phone or via a practical online form
• Send photos of the damage via online form directly to Generali. You can take the photo while you fill out the form. Or you import it from your image gallery or from your app profile

SERVICE CONTACT
• Customer Service Center of Generali for e.g. Call contract information
• Send an e-mail to the Generali
• create your own contacts (eg your advisor, your contact person)

Breakdown and emergency assistance:
• Call the car insurance letter hotline
• Call a breakdown assistant at the touch of a finger with the Digital Roadside Assistance
• Call the hotline of the house and housing protection letter
• Call the emergency

My data
• save personal data (name, address, car plate)
• Save insurance policy numbers
• Take and store photos (eg of your insured items, important documents, receipts or damages)
• If the profile is completed, your data will automatically be transferred to the claim form
