What this is: 
This is a dedicated 30-minute workout for you to get things off your chest, gain a new perspective and help someone else. Come multiple days in a row and see how your life changes.  
How it works: 
Join the live session*
We pair you with a peer to talk 1-on-1
Each person takes 10 minutes to talk about anything and everything
* Please be on time or show up earlier so we can pair you with a peer. 
** If your connection drops, call back in to be rematched. 
Attendee instructions: 
Pick who talks first. (2 minutes)
First person talks for 10 minutes. Second person listens and provides feedback if asked. (10 minutes)
Switch turns. (1 minute)
Second person talks for 10 minutes. First person listens and provides feedback if asked. (10 minutes)
Sign off or keep going (2 minutes)
Total workout time (25 minutes) 
Why it works: 
It gives you a chance to cry, vent, scream without fear or judgement. There is no video. We record nothing
It give you a chance to gain a new perspective. You talk 1-on-1 with a person you do not know
It gives you a chance to help another. Helping someone else is the fastest way to help yourself
