Hire an electric cargo bike by the minute and say goodbye to the car (or van)!

OurBikes can carry approx 80 kg in the box. There is a bench in most bikes that accommodates two children or one adult.

Riding an OurBike is relatively easy as it is a three wheeled bike, but like any road user, you need to show awareness and caution when riding. Particular attention is needed when cornering or riding on a road with a camber as the bike can become unbalanced and topple over. As the rider, lean into the corner or camber to balance out the bike.

There is a mandatory video to watch on your first trip, and we offer free cargo skills sessions to anyone who needs extra assistance.

How it works:

Download the app and register with a photo ID. This can take up to 48 hours to be confirmed.
Use the app to reserve the day and time you want to start and end the ride.
Arrive at the location of your bike and start your ride in the app. You can then unlock and lock the bike as many times as you wish during your journey. Use the display panel in the handlebars to turn on the bike and manage the power.
If the bike is low on battery or there are any small issues, such as the tyres need to be pumped up, go and ask the host for a charged battery or pump. The host is the nearby organisation whom the bike is named after.
When your journey is due to end, return the bike to its location and end your journey in the app.
