TEAMS Legionella is THE onsite legionella monitoring and risk assessment app for your water consultancy business.

Providing robust and efficient data collection for water services including;
- Legionella risk assessments
- Legionella monitoring including
o Tank inspections
o Shower cleaning
o TMV servicing
o Outlet temperature monitoring
o Bespoke monitoring programmes

At the heart of the TEAMS Legionella app is our dynamic, risk triggering, question bank system. This facility allows water consultancies to design their own question banks based around onsite service offerings.

The questions they create have the ability to trigger one or more risks automatically based on the response provided onsite by the field consultant.

Question banks are assigned to the following areas of the onsite job;
- Management of existing water systems
- Water system assets (Tanks, Calorifiers, POUs, Showers etc)
- Locations and associated outlets

Once risks are triggered, the onsite consultant has full visibility over them, and has the ability on the tablet in real time to adjust individual risk’s;
- Risk description
- Action to take/counter measure
- Frequency of the action (one-off, weekly, monthly, 6-monthly, annually etc)
- Risk category
- Risk rating

Along with the question bank faculties, temperature triggers are also incorporated into the app and allow the field consultant to record individual temperatures for outlets and trigger risk accordingly if the temperature is outside of specification. This is available across all outlets including;
- Mains
- Hot
- Cold
- Mixed

Outlets also have the ability to be marked as Sentinel points (NR, FR) as well as specifying TMVs assonated with the outlets.

The TEAMS Legionella floorplan facility is integrated directly into the app and allows the creation of basic schematic diagrams utilising the assets and outlets already created during the onsite work.
