Description
TakeAIM gives access to an extensive range of checklists for workplace equipment, ranging from forklifts and vehicles to scaffolding and ladders. You can even create your own inspections via your own online company dashboard, directly linked to the app for analysis of completed inspections. Use the app to scan QR codes assigned to assets, giving instant access to the relevant checklist, and allowing inspectors to work their way through pre-use safety checks, attaching photos and comments to support their inspection, which then syncs and stores in your online dashboard.

Each step of an inspection is time stamped and upon completion the checklist is digitally signed by the inspector - this prevents users simply ticking boxes and allows management to know if/when inspections are being rushed through.
Add photos and notes during your inspection to provide additional evidence of any concerns noted. These will be visible to management in real-time when they access their dashboard and helps them to make informed decisions.
