The Fit For Service App is a place to learn, be inspired, transform, and connect with community around the world. The guiding principle is simple: practice vulnerability and serve yourself by serving others. We will have unique digital offerings from FFS Master Coaches. This is an opportunity to connect with the community through the platform in a series of live events, transformational courses and daily community prompts.
Fit For Service is based on these six pillars of fitness: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Romantic, Financial, and Physical.
