Description

The content of the Book of Changes is composed of "hexagrams", with a total of 64 hexagrams. Each hexagram consists of six layers, and each layer is called "yao". Each Yao is represented by a long horizontal line "-", which is called "Yang Yao"; or two broken horizontal lines "--" represents Yin, which is called "Yin Yao".
