Hypopressives is a low impact breathing and whole body exercise technique that builds strength and function in your pelvic floor and aids better pressure management in your core system.
Every member of re-centre has access to a fundamentals session to learn the technique. The membership options are either All Access including 4 live classes a week and unlimited access to hundreds of high quality recorded classes for all abilities. The On Demand option gives access to recorded content only.
Recommended practice is 3 times a week for 15-20 minute. Practices can be filtered according to time, focus and props.
