MK knows community is everything, so she focuses on engaging her community through EXCLUSIVE challenges and truly brings the energy of a studio experience in the comfort of your own home! She understands finding motivation to workout is NOT easy, but I promise MK will be guiding you along the entire time with her encouraging words, fierce personality, and will challenge you to become your best self through movement!

What can you expect from Movement by MK?
- 10-50 minute workouts that are FUN, yet CHALLENGING and will leave you feeling strong and inspired to keep going
-In app programs ranging from 4-6 weeks focused on helping you transform inside and out
-Workout split including: legs, booty, arms, abs, and full body
-A variety of training styles ranging from no equipment needed, low impact/no jumping workouts, and weight training classes
-Workouts you can do anywhere, any time with limited to no equipment!
-Access to the MBM community full of women ranging from all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life that will motivate you to keep going
