The objective of the IFB Service Ambassador (SA) (Technician) App is to provide access to IFB Technicians, a mobile solution so that they can access and execute the relevant scenarios of IFB Service-related processes from field locations (customer premises, service center premises etc.) thus reducing the load and dependency on Franchise/Service Center Back End staff for data entry etc.

7. SA can punch details of Spares, Accessories, Essentials being sold to customer and thus save time of Franchise/Back-end staff
8. SA can use maps functionality to navigate to customer location
9. SA can manage, see and request spare parts availability at Service Center etc.
