Reya Oncology Remote Care

Description

Reya Oncology Remote Care helps nurses and doctors manage their patient's medical oncology therapies remotely. Eligible patients are onboarded by a nurse on the smartphone app. Patients use the Patient App to add vitals and symptoms. Nurses are immediately alerted of severity of symptoms, allowing quick followup with patients. Doctors generate digital care plan for the patient remotely. The system enables care continuity and prompt feedback loops between the patient and their care team. The app also helps in Task Segregation of clinical & non-clinical requests and redirection to appropriate careteam member.
Overall, this leads to better patient experience, and improved quality of care.

This app is not open for general public use. It is only for hospitals that are a part of the Reya Oncology Remote Care pilot testing program and are in touch with the Reya Team.
