MyArwin is a tool to support patients with hematological diseases in taking their medication themselves using butterfly needles. The interactive app gives patients the opportunity to practice taking the medicine themselves at home. after starting up with their doctor or nurse.

myARwin includes 5 key sections:
- Virtual practice in taking the medicine yourself using Augmented Reality (AR)
- A step-by-step video guide to taking the medicine yourself
- Tips, tricks and troubleshooting
- Breathing and relaxation exercise
- Optional robot coach and quiz

myARwin has been prepared in collaboration with Nordic nurses specializing in hematology, patients, carers and patient associations and developed by Takeda.

This app does not collect/store personal data and users do not need to register an account to use the app. All users remain completely anonymous.

The myARwin app is developed for use on mobile phones (not recommended for tablets) and can be used on any smartphone running iOS 14.7+ or Android 7.0+ operating systems or later. When opening the app, users will be asked to provide a password that can be found in the myArwin patient folder or the brochure for healthcare professionals. If you do not have a password, please contact your doctor or nurse.

The myARwin app is intended for hematology patients who self-administer the medication using IV butterfly needles.

The content of this app is for guidance only and is not intended to replace a consultation with a doctor or nurse. Questions about medication must always be addressed to the healthcare staff.
