Description

The Customer Service application is a personal account for residents and field employees (masters). The application allows residents to contact OOO Customer Service with any questions that arise.

Residents can:

- submit an application to the Management Company.

- receive important notifications from the Management Company. Disconnections, etc.

In the application, employees see incoming applications from owners, accept applications for work, transfer them to other performers, receive notifications about comments, about changes in application statuses, and can correspond and call subscribers. Also, which is very important, the application has a photo recording of the result of work on the application.
