Description
The application serves as an auxiliary information and technical tool for the individual need to calculate the lawyer's tariff remuneration for representation in civil proceedings, in criminal proceedings and in proceedings on offenses and in some special proceedings pursuant to Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 655/2004 Coll. on remuneration and reimbursement of lawyers for the provision of legal services (hereinafter referred to as "the Decree").
The application does not replace the law established by the law for the calculation of the lawyer's tariff remuneration in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Decree and other related regulations.
For the correct calculation of the lawyer's tariff remuneration, it is necessary to proceed fully in accordance with the provisions of the Decree and related legislation.
The copyright holder bears no responsibility for the correct use of the application, the correctness of the calculation of the lawyer's tariff remuneration and / or any damage caused by incorrect calculation of the lawyer's tariff remuneration or other improper use by the end user.
