Meet doctors directly in the Min Doktor app. With us, you get help quickly from our doctors, around the clock, with everything from urinary tract infections and skin problems to allergies and sore throats - quite simply a large part of what a regular health center also does. Make your doctor's appointment through us and avoid phone queues and full waiting rooms when you are sick.

Safe and secure
All our doctors and midwives are licensed and experienced, and work in hospitals and health centers when they are not receiving patients at Min Doktor.

Min Doktor is a registered healthcare provider and is covered by the Health and Medical Care Act, the Personal Data Act, the Patient Data Act and the Patient Safety Act. This means that you as a patient are always safe with us. This applies to both the care you receive from us and how Min Doktor handles information about you.

E-health is an area on the rise, and we are Sweden's largest healthcare center online. A whopping 97% of our patients are satisfied with the help and treatment they received from us.

How does it happen?
You download our app free of charge, and log in with BankID. Then describe your problems by answering questions about your symptoms and, in relevant cases, send in pictures that you take with your mobile phone.

At Min Doktor, you always get quick answers. In most cases, you will be contacted by one of our doctors or midwives within an hour, regardless of the day of the week and time of day. You answer when it suits you.

Sometimes you will be asked to take a photo of your problem and send it to the doctor, or to go and take samples. We cooperate with around 600 sampling units around the country, and you choose where you want to go and when.

The doctor makes a diagnosis online and can write referrals if necessary, just like at your regular health centre. Medication can be picked up at the nearest pharmacy.
