Landline number in the mobile phone:
With Merit Koppla MEX, you can link existing direct dial numbers in the exchange to the mobile phone. You only need to keep track of one phone number – the landline number. You then get access to all the exchange's telephony services directly on the mobile as if it were a landline.

Connect active calls between your devices:
If you answer on your mobile, you can transfer the call to your landline when you get to your office and continue there. With Merit Koppla, you get complete freedom and use the phone that suits you best. Always!

Profiles determine how and where you want to respond:
One of the most valuable features is that you don't have to keep track of your colleagues' different direct and mobile numbers. It is enough that you know the names. Your colleagues set how they want to respond with their profiles.

Have a look at whether your colleagues are busy or free so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. Log in and out of queues directly in the app.
