Description
The purpose of this application is to automate the agile process at Benner Sistemas, saving paper and pen.
The safety of employees was guaranteed with the functionality of online appointments, where there is no need for a face-to-face meeting where participants are exposed to proximity in a closed environment.
The manual procedure using paper and pen will be automated by the application and several functionalities have been created:
+ Registration
- User, Groups, People, Schedules, Histories, Itineraries, Quadrants, Sectors and Questions
+ Online appointments
- Possibility to generate a poll with a deadline where each participant responds individually and when the deadline ends the reviewer sends the result to everyone on the team
+ History
- Scheduled or face-to-face results will be stored in the application for consultation, allowing information to be forwarded by email
+ Tutorials
- Guided tutorials so that no functionality is missed
+ Special view for tablets
- Tablets have more visual space and this has been well explored, providing differentiated navigation and with fewer clicks
