We prepare original pizza according to a recipe born in Naples, in a real Italian oven.
It's all about the special dough - we knead it according to the traditional technology with only 4 components: soft wheat flour type 00, highly purified water, sea salt and a small amount of yeast.
Proofing takes at least 24 hours, and baking no more than 60 seconds.
In addition, we prepare a unique tomato sauce for pizza, and we take farm cheese from a local cheese maker we trust.
Our pizza has a special side, thanks to the dough and high baking temperature, it always remains soft, does not break, does not crumble, does not bend and is covered with characteristic tan marks giving a leopard color.
