Description

The Energy+ mobile app is a convenient, easy, and fast tool for resolving utility issues for residents of Tambov and the Tambov region. The app not only allows you to pay your utility bills instantly and commission-free and submit meter readings, but also monitor your consumption trends and determine your average monthly utility bills. You can also submit service inquiries and track your meter calibration due dates. For your convenience, an interactive map has been developed showing the locations of payment collection points and service centers.

The updated version of the Energy+ app features a new, user-friendly design with an intuitive and easy-to-read interface. Game-like elements have also been added to the "Consumption Structure" section (payment trends, resource consumption graphs, and comparative charts). In the "Inquiries" section, you can select the desired inquiry type and subject, eliminating the need for users to describe the issue. The new version of the app not only allows you to submit meter readings but also track the date of your next meter inspection (information about meter inspection dates has been added to the "Readings" section). For your convenience, we've introduced an interactive map of TOSK JSC's Service Centers and Payment Collection Points with navigation functionality (provided Geolocation is enabled). The "About the App" section now includes a "Report a Problem" option if the app isn't working or displays an error. All necessary documents, including the privacy policy, are also available there for users to review at any time.
